Pla Tu Tod is a crispy fried mackerel dish. It is served with one or two whole fish, seasonal mixed vegetables, and one portion of Jasmine rice. Includes a rich, medium spicy and, sour shrimp paste for dipping. Bold, traditional Thai flavours on one plate.
