How long does Thai food delivery take?
You choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout. We deliver your food during that chosen slot. We send you a confirmation email as soon as your food is out for delivery.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes — the minimum order value is £20 per order.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, if you contact us. Email orders@thaifooddelivery.co.uk. We’ll do our best to update it before the order leaves our kitchen.
What happens if nobody is home when you deliver?
Our driver will attempt to contact you. Please keep your phone accessible at your chosen delivery time.
Do you deliver on bank holidays?
We follow our standard schedule on bank holidays. We post any closures in advance on this website and on our Facebook page — so give us a follow to stay up to date.
