ThaiFoodDelivery is run by Sireeya, born in Bangkok, Thailand, with over a decade of experience in Thai food — from front-of-house to the kitchen. She previously owned Citrus Restaurant and Bar on the island of Koh Lanta. She now lives in Burton-on-Trent and runs the business under the trading name Sireeya’s Taste of Thailand, with Rob handling deliveries and customer enquiries.

For large orders, we kindly ask that you place your order at least one day ahead to ensure the freshest ingredients and the best quality dishes. If you’d like a specific delivery time slot, booking in advance is also recommended.

That said, you can place an order on the evening — however, as all dishes are cooked fresh to order, please be aware that delivery can take 45 minutes to 1 hour from the time of booking.

Yes. Every dish is cooked fresh to order. By ordering in advance, Sireeya is able to source the freshest ingredients and cook each dish to perfection according to your preferences.

Absolutely! On each dish’s page you’ll find a spice level selection where you can choose your preferred heat. Please be aware that “medium spicy” can be quite hot for some people, so if you’re sensitive to spice, we’d recommend choosing a little bit spicy to start.

Yes. Many dishes can be prepared with tofu or vegetables as an alternative to meat or fish. Please indicate your dietary preference when ordering and Sireeya will adjust the dish accordingly.

Many traditional Thai dishes use fish sauce as part of their authentic flavour. However, if you have an allergy or dietary preference, fish sauce can be substituted with salt. Similarly, oyster sauce can be replaced with mushroom sauce — just note this when placing your order.

Yes. Dishes that use oyster sauce can be adjusted to use Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce, which is advertised as gluten free. Please note this preference when placing your order and Sireeya will make the substitution for you.

Deliveries are made within approximately a 15–20 minute radius of Branston, Burton-on-Trent. This includes nearby towns and villages such as Alrewas, Barton Under Needwood, Castle Gresley, Drakelow, Fradley, Hatton, Hilton, Newhall, Rolleston, Stapenhill, Stretton, Swadlincote, Tatenhill, Tutbury, Walton Upon Trent, and Winshill. A delivery fee is applied at checkout based on your location — please select the correct delivery zone when ordering.
