To provide you with the best possible service, it’s important to note that our kitchen operations are active in the afternoons, preparing for evening deliveries. As a result, we are unable to monitor and respond to emails between noon and 10:00 p.m. We appreciate your understanding these time frames.
Cancelling Your Order:
If you would like to cancel your order, please follow these steps.
Contact us in advance: To cancel your order, please contact us by 12:00 noon (or before) on the day of delivery. This allows us to process your cancellation request more quickly.
Choose your preferred method: You can cancel your order using our handy contact form available on our website. Alternatively, you can reply to one of the confirmation emails you receive when you place an order.
Receive confirmation: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will confirm your cancellation and initiate a refund. Your refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
