Origins: Spring rolls are one of Thailand’s most iconic street foods, sold by vendors across Bangkok’s bustling night markets and beachside stalls from Phuket to Pattaya. Brought into Thai cuisine through centuries of Chinese influence, they became a staple of Thai street food culture — crispy, golden and impossible to resist straight from the fryer.
Our Version: At Sireeya’s Taste of Thailand, every spring roll is handmade by Sireeya herself using a traditional recipe brought straight from Thailand. Each roll is packed with fresh mixed vegetables, carefully wrapped and gently deep fried to order — giving you that authentic crispy shell with a light, flavourful filling you simply won’t find from a factory-made alternative.

We deliver fresh, hot food across Burton-on-Trent and surrounding areas — including Branston, Stretton, Stapenhill, Winshill, Tutbury, Rolleston, Swadlincote and more.
Our delivery schedule is Thursday to Monday, 4:30pm – 9pm (Tuesday and Wednesday we're closed). Earlier deliveries on weekends may be possible — please get in touch.
A minimum order of £20 applies. Delivery charges are applied at checkout based on your location.

Delicious Thai food

We chose spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce to start. Then beef in oyster sauce with fried rice which was cooked to our liking, very generous portions We will definitely be ordering again.

First time ordering from here after a friend recommended it and wow, I was impressed. The food tasted amazing — you can really taste the herbs and spices, the Thai spicy option is spot on. Delivery was great too, the driver was friendly and chatty and explained everything. Really good service. Will definitely order again!

I can not rave about this food enough, i have recommended it to so many friends and family who have loved it. My go to it masaman curry and pad kra pao, the wife absolutely loves the papaya salad, she even made us waterfall pork which wasn’t on the menu 10/10

Fantastic, authentic Thai food. Slightly spiced is warm so stick to mild if you’re not into a bit heat. Cannot fault the quality quantity or tastiness of the meal. Can’t wait to work my way through the menu 🥰. Thankyou Sireeya.
